6.5 Cleaning and storage

The i-gum
does not require much maintenance however it is recommended to drain and rinse the
machine after use before putting in storage.
6.5.1 Drain the machine
®
1. Put the i-gum
on a table with the back side
towards you.
2. Release the drainage tube (Figure 25, pos 2)
via the clips (Figure 25, pos 1).
3. Put the end of the drainage tube in an empty
gum remover solution bottle.
4. Remove the yellow stopper from the fluid
tank (Figure 26, pos 1).
5. Open tap (Figure 25, pos 3).
6. When empty close tap (Figure 25, pos 3).
7. Replace the yellow stopper (Figure 26, pos 1).
8. Replace drainage tube (Figure 25, pos 2)
using the clip (Figure 25, pos 1).
