Before you use the charger for the first time, it really is essential to read the comprehensive operating
instructions supplied on the enclosed CD, together with the Safety Notes.
Connections:
Connect the charger to a 12 V DC or 230 V AC power source. Take great care to maintain correct
polarity (red = positive / black = negative).
Explanation of the button functions

DISCHARGE or DISCHARGE -> CHARGE).
Caution: the automatic mode may only be used with NC / NiMH batteries!

individual cell voltages of a LiPo battery connected to the charger.
Connecting the batteries
Important !!!: It is essential to check the set parameters carefully before you start a charge / discharge
process. Incorrect settings could damage the battery, or even cause it to burst into flames or explode.
Always connect the charge leads to the charger first, then to the battery; this avoids short-circuits bet-
ween the banana plugs. Reverse the sequence when disconnecting.
Note: in its standard form as delivered, the charger's integral languages are limited to English, German
and French, but additional foreign languages can be loaded as updates via the bootloader function.
