DYNAMIC i-POWER
Before using for the first time
Clean the appliance and the accesso-

ries as described in the Cleaning and
care section.
Make yourself familiar with the steam
‹
ironing function of the appliance (Fill-
ing with water and Steam ironing
sections). Switch on the steam func-
tion and iron an old cloth for several
minutes, adding a steam shot from
time to time (Steam shot section).
NOTE
► Residual assembly grease may
be on the appliance. It is there-
fore possible that light odour or
smoke could occur when using
for the first time.
► A new appliance can spray
condensed water drops, this
stops after the appliance is used
several times.
Perform self-cleaning as described in

the Self-cleaning section.
