1. Press "▲" to switch between different weighting units (kg/lb/st.) and "▼"to switch
between the two temperature units (℃/℉) when the screen shows "0.0kg".
2. Press "SET" for few seconds until the hour number flashes, press "▲"or "▼" to reach
your target number and then press "SET" to confirm.
3. Continue to press "▲"or "▼" to reach the target number when the minute numbers
flashes and then press "SET" to confirm.
