SETTING UP THE ANSWERING MACHINE

The "RINGING TONES" slide switch can be found on the rear of the
AUDIOLINE 818G. Here you can set how many times the phone rings
before incoming calls are answered.
2 The call will be answered after 2 rings.
6 The call will be answered after 6 rings.
TS In the "TS" position, the first call will be answered after 6 rings and all further
calls will be answered after 2 rings. Furthermore, with the switch in this
position, you can make use of the toll-free remote access facility. Details will be
found in Chapter 3.2.
