    LIMITED WARRANTY This Limited Warranty is given exclusively to: Name Address Telephone No. by Unique Concepts Ltd. (“Unique Concepts”) in respect of the following product(s) manufactured by it (the “Products”): Subject to the conditions and restrictions contained in this Limited Warranty, Unique Concepts warrants to the Customer that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Products are purchased by the Customer, in new and unused condition, from Unique Concepts or its agent (the “Warranty Period”).

    WINCH OPERATION Integral to the UCL Tank Pod System is the UCL Digital Man-Rated Winch. The winch is available in a variety of lifeline capacities, and lifelines are available in a variety of lengths and materials. Proper operation and maintenance of the winch are critical to the safe usage of your UCL Tank Pod System.
