3. INSTALLATION
Cabling
The diameter of the conductors determines the maximum distance that can be bridged. The table below
shows an overview of the max. distance (from power supply to internal or external unit) per cable type.
The max. distance can be doubled by using 2 pair together.

For small systems with 1 external
unit, the installation can be wired with
a 2-wire (a and b) cable. Use 3-wire
cabling (a, b and P for extra power
supply) in all other cases. With 2-wire
cabling, a max. of 2 can be called at
one time; with 3-wire, a max. of 4.
