UNPACKING
This product requires assembly.
 Carefully cut the box down the sides then remove the
product and any accessories from the box. Make sure
that all items listed in the packing list are included.
NOTE: This product is heavy. To avoid back injury, lift with
your legs, not your back, and get help when needed.
WARNING:
This new product has been shipped in a partially as-
sembled condition as described below. Carefully check
the packing list below to ensure all items are included in
the package. The packing list describes all loose items
that are not assembled to the product as shipped. Do not
operate the product if any packing list items are already
assembled to your product when you unpack it. Call the
customer service number below for assistance. Opera-
tion of a product that may have been improperly preas-
sembled could result in serious personal injury.
 Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
 Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.

WARNING:
If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate this
product until the parts are replaced. Use of this product
with damaged or missing parts could result in serious
personal injury.

ASSEMBLy

WARNING:
Do not attempt to modify this product or create acces-
sories not recommended for use with this product. Any
such alteration or modification is misuse and could result
in a hazardous condition leading to possible serious
personal injury.
WARNING:
To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury, always disconnect the engine spark plug
wire from the spark plug when assembling parts.
NOTE: Do not put fuel or lubricant in the pressure washer
before installing the feet and wheels.
INSTALLING FEET BRACKETS
See Figure 2.
 Locate the following items:
2 feet brackets, 4 nuts, 4 bolts
 Raise the end of the pressure washer opposite the recoil
starter high enough to gain access to the frame bottom;
securely position props underneath to support.
 Insert bolt through foot bracket, then through frame as
shown.
 Install nut and tighten securely.
 Repeat the process on the other side to install second
foot bracket.
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 3.
 Locate the following items:
Axle, 2 washers, 2 spacers, 2 wheels, 2 e-clips
 Raise the end of the pressure washer where the recoil
starter is located high enough to gain access to the frame
bottom; securely position props underneath to support.
 Install the axle through the pressure washer frame.
 Place a spacer on the axle.
 Slide wheel onto axle with valve stem facing out.
 Slide washer onto axle, then secure with e-clip.
 Repeat the process on the other side to install second
wheel.
INFLATING THE TIRES
After installing the wheels, use a good quality tire pressure
gauge to check for proper tire inflation.
 Unscrew the plastic cap on the air valve and set aside.
 Press the tire pressure gauge against the valve and hold
it down firmly. If you hear a hissing noise, press down
harder until the noise stops.
