1. I nstallation must be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all recognised local and national
electricalandconstructionregulations.
2.EnsurethatthepowerisOFFduringinstallationandthatpowercannotbeunexpectedlyreconnected.
3.Thelightfittingisdesignedtooperatewitha220-240V50Hz/60Hzelectricitysupply.
4.DoNOTusetheluminaireifdamaged
5.Whereapplicable,considerationshouldbetakentoensureallfixingsareofsuitablesizefortheluminairetobe
installed.
6. T his luminaire is rated at IP54, suitable for residential outdoor areas such as the garden, porch, garage and
driveway.  NOT suitable for water immersion.  When installing the product ensure the supplied grommets and
glandsareusedtoprotecttheIPrating.
7.Donotcoverthelightsource.
8.Toavoiddamage,DONOTlift,carryorlettheluminairehangbyanypartofthewiring.
9.ThisproductisClassI–Earthconnectionrequired.
10. F ailuretocomplywiththerecommendationsandinstructionsprovidedhereinmaycausedamagetotheluminaire
orpresentariskofinjuryordeath(e.g.shortcircuit,fire,burnsorelectricshock).
11. A nymodificationstotheluminaire,incorrectinstallationorunfitpositioningmaybedangeroustousersandmay
causethewarrantytobecomevoid.

14. U se suitable tools and fixings to mount the luminaire safely and securely to the surface.  Depending on the
substratealternatefixingstotheonessuppliedmayberequired.
15.Avoidanydamagetoanywiring.
16. O ncethelightfittingbaseissecurelymounted,connectthemainssupplytotheconnector.Pleasepayattentiontothepolarity.
