Preservation
Vacuum packing, combined with
traditional preservation methods,
extends the shelf life of foods and
preserves the flavours, aromas,
colours and organoleptic qualities
of the food. Preservation will:
Save you time:
Vacuum packing means you can
cook in advance, store the food
and reheat it, and ensure that the
flavours are intact when the time
comes to eat it!
Save you money:
You can buy products in bulk during
the periods shown, prepare them
and preserve them, maintaining
each flavour thanks to vacuum
storage! Leftovers can therefore be
stored and reused later.
