THANK YOU FOR ACQUIRING THIS ROCA PRODUCT
In keeping with its for offering maximun comfort, ROCA has
developed a product which offers consumers a space filled
with health and pleasure, a place where they can recover
from daily stress. Leading edge technology and age-old
treatments have brought about the new hydromassage co-
lumn by ROCA.

1. PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

1.1. MAINS WATER PRESSURE
Maximun pressure: 5 bar. For hot and cold water.
Minimun pressure: 2 bar. At lower pressures, certain functions
may be irregular.
1.2. SEAT (Aquakit Comfort)
The seat is very heavy due to the internal reinforcing for rigidity.
When you take it out of the box, use both hands so as not to drop
it.
2. CONTROLS
The columns have three controls, which perform the following
functions:
2.1. FUNCTION SELECTOR
By turning the hydromassage column selector (see Fig. 1), the
following functions can be selected:
Lower water outlet (feet-bath)
Hand-held shower
Overhead shower
Upper hydromassage jets
Middle hydromassage jets
Lower hydromassage jets
Simply turn the function selector to the desired position, moving
it in either direction. This is even possible when the water is run-
ning.
2.1.1. Hand-held shower
The hand-held shower has a multifunctional sprinkler, and the
type of spray or preferred massage can be selected by turning
the outer ring on the head.
2.1.2. Jets
The new shower columns have a new jet, which can be adjusted
to select three types of massage.
To adjust the direction of the flow from the jets, simply move
them to the desired position. The type of massage can be selec-
ted in the same way, by turning each jet from left to right through
90°. See Figure 3.
2.1.3. Overhead shower
The overhead shower has a gyratory head, by means of which
various types of massage can be selected. Simply turn the outer
ring to the left and to the right, just like the hand-held shower.
2.2. TEMPERATURE SELECTOR
The desired temperature can be selected by turning the control
to the left or to the right. As a precaution, for temperatures above
40°C, it is necessary to press the red button when turning the
control. See Figure 2.
Accumulator tanks:
If the hydromassage is going to be supplied from an accumula-
tor tank with a capacity of less than 100 litres, we recommend
that you turn the thermostat to the highest possible temperature
setting. Otherwise the supply of hot water is only likely to last
for a few minutes when the hydromassage is in operation. For
safety reasons a temperature of 60°C. must not be exceeded.
Instant heaters:
If using an instant heater or combination boiler, they must guar-
antee the pressure and consumption levels stated above. If the
output power is less than 20,000 Kcal/hour, high temperatures
cannot be maintained during certain functions, and a loss of
pressure or temperature will be noted.
If the boiler switches off and cold water comes out, adjust the
temperature and the flow of the boiler as required. If you do not
manage to solve the problem, please consult the boiler's after-
sale service.
Mixed systems with an instant heater and an accumulator
tank:
This is the recommended system, with a tank volume of no less
than 50 litres.
