Troubleshooting

Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
Fault
Appliance Does
Not Operate
Cleaned air does
not come out of
its outlet easily
Odours are not
removed properly
The appliance
makes unusual
noises
(such as swishes
or crackles) while
operating
A smell of burnt
rubber occurs
Possible Cause
There may be a
connection problem.
Appliance may not be
turned on.
The H.E.P.A filter may not
be inserted properly.
The H.E.P.A filter may be
clogged.
Environmental factors
You may have forget
to remove the plastic
packaging of the new filter.
Air inlet or outlet may be
blocked by an external
object.
Appliance may be faulty.
Appliance may be faulty.
Solution
Make sure that the appliance is plugged
to the outlet correctly.
Press the On/Off button.
Insert the H.E.P.A filter properly.
Appliance may be faulty if it does not
operate after you have performed all the
inspections specified above.
Unplug the appliance from the vehicle
lighter socket or the USB port and take it
to the Fakir Authorised Service.
Replace the H.E.P.A filter.
If this does not work, unplug the
appliance and take it to the Fakir
Authorised Service.
You may be using the appliance in an
environment with poor air quality.
Reinforce air circulation by opening the
windows.
Make sure the filters is clean.
Remove the plastic packaging before
switching on the appliance again.
Remove the object blocking the air inlet
or outlet.
Turn the appliance off. Take the appliance
to the Fakir Authorised Service.
Turn off and unplug the appliance. Take
the appliance to the Fakir Authorised
Service.
