Description of the machine

This fully automatic tire changer is specially designed for mounting and dismounting of tires and rims with a diameter of 12 "to
28 " and a maximum wheel diameter of 1200 mm.

Warning and hazard symbols

Never place the leg between the bead breaker blade and the rubber support plate on the machine housing. Make
sure that the pedals are operated correctly.
Make sure that no bruises or other injuries are caused when assembling and disassembling the tire. Special
attention must be paid to the part of the mounting head located on the rim/tyre.
Avoid crushing body parts between the tensioning claws and the rim. Never grip the moving clamping claws.
In order to avoid accidents while printing the belt, the clamping claws should always be retracted to their closed
position.
Safety goggles must be worn when inflating the tire. Never keep your hands between rim and tire while inflating.
The presence of persons not working on the machine is not permitted in the swivel area of machine parts.
