Removing the coffee grounds

At the end of your use, remove the filter holder from
the appliance. Use the black filter holder flap to block
the filter and throw the ground coffee in the trash.

Preparing frothed milk or hot water

WARNING ! Ensure to place a container
under the steam nozzle when using it.
Otherwise you risk getting burned.
Make sure the steam nozzle is clean
before use.
For any milk-based coffee preparation
(cappuccino, latte, macchiato, etc.), make
sure you prepare your coffee first and then
use the steam mode to reheat or froth your
milk.
If you prepare the coffee after using the
steam mode, wait 5 minutes for the
temperature to drop again.
This espresso machine is designed to dispense
steam for heating water or milk.
1. Make sure the water tank is filled before using the
steam nozzle. Check that the steam knob controller
is in position 0.
2. Insert the filter holder into the appliance.

Gently
turn
counterclockwise to obtain the desired flow rate.
5. To froth the milk, use a stainless steel milk pitcher
and do the following:
o fill the pitcher to one third or half of its capacity;
o immerse the steam nozzle in the milk just below
the surface of the milk and turn the steam knob
controller to the maximum;
o start by frothing the milk in the bottom of the
pitcher (ensure that the nozzle does not touch the
bottom);
o place one of your hands under the pitcher or use
a barista thermometer to check the temperature
(the ideal temperature is between 60 ° C to 70 °
C);
o the milk begins to foam on the surface, gradually
raise your pitcher by plunging the steam nozzle a
little more so that it remains below the level of the
liquid milk. Continue until you reach the desired
volume.
