Such measures must always be strictly adhered to. Particular attention should be paid to the recommendations regarding local environmental conditions and the provision of protective clothing, first aid and fire fighting equipment. COMEX S.A.
Any damage found should be reported to the supplier immediately. Verify the compliance of the supplied equipment with the installation requirements. The power of the power supply is each time described on the label. COMEX S.A.
If there is any damage, report it to the supplier immediately. 2.4.1. Unpacking The power supply is delivered in a cardboard box on a wooden pallet. To unpack, remove the cardboard packaging and protective foams inside the packaging. The following shows the device after removing the packaging. COMEX S.A.

- Protection against excessive moisture and heat sources - Protection against dust, dirt and other contaminants - Adequate fire protection - Working temperature should be in the range of 20-25ºC. At this temperature, the batteries perform at their optimum. COMEX S.A.
2.4.2. The appearance and dimensions of the UPS The appearance and dimensions [mm] of the UPS are shown in the figures below: Figure 2.2. Front / side view of the MY 30K UPS Figure 2.3. Bottom view of the MY 30K UPS COMEX S.A.
For safety reasons, it is required to install appropriate protections in the form of over-current circuit breakers or other protection devices in the UPS supply switchboard. This chapter provides general practical information for installation by qualified electricians. Additionally, COMEX S.A.
As standard, in the absence of power outages, the charging system is activated after 14 days of the rest period, which is the most optimal value from the point of view of battery life and ensuring the required autonomy. COMEX S.A.
The currents given in the table below are for the maximum system power, depending on the system power. The given currents are used to select appropriate protections in the supply, battery and receiving line as well as appropriate cable cross-sections. Currents given for 230 / 400Vac installations. 3: 3 system. Changing the operating system to the 3/1 mode requires switching the wires located under the mask below the connection terminals and reconfiguring the power supply by bridging the power supply on the bypass terminals and output terminals. Figure 2.7. View of the terminal strip for connecting MY 30K wires COMEX S.A.
Page 15
In the case of the configuration of the power supply to the 3/1 mode, switch the wiring of the operating mode according to the connection diagram below, and then bridge the UPS terminal terminals according to Figure 2.11. Figure 2.10. View of the necessary wiring changes from the 3/3 system to work in the 3/1 system COMEX S.A.
UPS inputs described as External battery cabinet 1 and External battery cabinet 2. Both external battery inputs must be connected with external batteries according to the diagram below, depending on the number of strings external: COMEX S.A.

The RS485 connector enables serial communication with BMS systems via the Modbus RTU protocol. Signals on the RS485 connector - A (+) and B (-) respectively. Attention! The RS485 port cannot be used simultaneously with the RS485 card in slot 2. COMEX S.A.
In the event of maintenance work, or in the event of overload, overheating or other events, the UPS uses a backup power path, the so-called Bypass. Maintenance bypass Bypass input Bypass unit Mains input Output Battery input Power unit Figure 3.1 Block diagram of the UPS COMEX S.A.

50 or 60 Hz. The input frequency tolerance range at which a stable output frequency can be generated is 40-70 Hz. Bypass is not available in this operating mode. In the event of a power failure, the UPS generates the set frequency value using the battery voltage. COMEX S.A.
In the case of a redundant system, eg N + 1, the failure of a single unit does not affect the operation of other devices, and the system guarantees continuity of uninterrupted power supply for the full power of the designed system. COMEX S.A.

2. Press and hold the PSU's cold start button on the front panel of the PSU until the LCD display is fully initialized. 3. Start the inverter according to the procedure described above (4.2.1). The UPS works in battery mode. The rectifier diode flashes red. COMEX S.A.
4.3.3. Switching from Bypass to normal operation Press the icon key on the LCD panel, and then confirm that the inverter is turned on with the OK key. The UPS will transfer from Bypass Mode to On-Line Mode. COMEX S.A.
The UPS emergency shutdown button is located on the front panel of the UPS and is used for emergency shutdown in the event of flooding, fire, etc. Using the EPO switch immediately turns off the rectifier, inverter and disconnects the UPS output voltage and stops the battery charging or discharging process. COMEX S.A.
Shutting down the system or a single unit from the system is the same as for a single UPS. When one UPS is disconnected, an alarm will occur due to the lack of redundancy in the UPS system. COMEX S.A.
