Transport and storage

Transport the product in its original packaging.
The product must be stored under the following
conditions:
Temperature range
Particles
Mechanical infl uen-
ces
Radiation
Chemical infl uences

Installation

DANGER
Risk of injury from heavy dirt separator!
 Wear safety shoes during installation.
 If necessary, ask other persons for help
during installation.
 If necessary, use suitable lifting equip-
ment.

Requirements to the installation
location
• Leave a suffi cient amount of space under the
dirt separator to be able to remove the magnet.
Refer to the following table for information on the
amount of space relevant dirt separators require.

• Do not install the appliance in sensitive compo-
nents or in the vicinity of electrical installations.
• During installation, make sure you install the
appliance vertically and without applying any
tension.
Tension (e.g. caused by temperature infl u-
ences) must be compensated for by design
measures.
• Make sure the installation location is suffi ciently
stable. Take into account the deadweight and the
fi lling capacity.
• The appliance is not a load-bearing building
element.
• The maximum sling angle must not exceed 60°.

• The eyelets on the dirt separator are exclusively
intended as installation aids for lifting (see Illust. 2
and Illust. 7).
• The installation location must be dry and free from
frost.
