iPod Docking Station

The iPod docking station (13) of your Micro Stereo Hifi system features an
interface connector for iPods. This allows you to control an iPod from the Micro
Stereo Hifi system. Whenever an iPod is placed here, its internal battery will
be charged from your Micro Stereo Hifi system.
Do NOT connect any players other than an iPod. Please note
that your Micro Stereo Hifi system and/or player may suffer
severe damage when attempting to interconnect them.

Connecting the iPod

Power off the Micro Stereo Hifi system and your iPod.
Open the docking station by placing your hand into the opening found on
the right side of the cover. Pull from the cover until it lies completely on the
surface where the device is currently placed.
Latest-generation iPods include an adapter that you can place into the
opening of the docking station. If there is no adapter available, you may
skip this step.
Place the iPod on the multi-connector in the docking station. Your iPod will
power on automatically after it has been inserted.
Press the On/Standby button (15) on the device front panel or the
On/Standby button (27) on the remote control again to power the Micro
Stereo Hifi system on.
Press the CD/iPod button (18) on the device or the iPod/CD button (28) on
the remote control as many times as necessary until the display (3) reads
"iPod" to indicate iPod mode.
