12. WARRANTY INFORMATION

The micropipettes are warranted for one year against defects in materials and
workmanship. If the micropipette stops working, please contact your supplier.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear, misuse or
damage resulting from any actions not described in the operating instructions or
use replacement parts or non-genuine parts.
Each micropipette is tested after manufacture. The Quality Assurance Procedure is
your guarantee that the micropipette you have purchased is ready for use.
