When a problem occurs on a domestic device, the detector emits a series
of 4 audible bips. If the problem persists, it then re-emits at 90 second inter-
vals 4 audible bips followed by 4 bips on your control panel.
The audible bips emitted by your detector will help you locate the type
of problem that has occurred.
Put the probes back in their final position.
Proceed as follows:
for the flooding probe:
wipe it and put it back on its metal plate.
for the deep freezer failure probe:
put the probe back in your freezer: the problem will disappear as soon
as the temperature falls back down to -14°C.
for the electricity failure probe:
plug the plug and socket unit back into the wall socket.
for the minimum temperature probe:
take the probe out of the refrigerator: the problem will disappear as
soon as the temperature rises to +7°C.
You can consult the alarm memory on your control panel by pres-
sing OFF on your remote control. You will hear the normal OFF signal
The detector is automatically armed once the battery has been connected.
For probe maintenance purposes, you can disable domestic
damage transmission by arming or disarming the detector (front
panel closed).
Briefly press the test button: the green light indicator flashes
(2 seconds) and your detector is working.
Briefly press the test button again while the green light indicator is fla-
shing: if the red light indicator flashes (2 seconds) your detector is not
working.
Automatic check of battery state
The control panel memorises the state of the domestic detector batte-
ries and indicates any possible problem when the break-in protection is
armed by a series of audible signals and flashing light indicators
(consult the dead battery section in your system's user guide).
Manual test:
You can test the state of your detector battery by pressing the detector
test button. If the red light indicator does not come on, the battery needs
changing.
Change the battery as follows:
To avoid triggering an alarm when you open the front panel (tamper-
proof function against opening*), press OFF on the remote control when
you open the detector.
