Possible cause and
remedy from the specialist
No communication via BUS connection EMS 2.
▶ Check whether BUS cable was connected incorrectly.
▶ Rectify wiring fault and switch the control unit off
and on again.
▶ Check whether BUS cable is faulty. Switch the control unit
off and on again.
▶ Repair the BUS cable or replace it.
▶ Replace faulty user interface.
CR 10 H incorrectly configured (A61/1081: heating circuit
1, ..., A68/1088: heating circuit 8).
▶ Set A.1 = Fb (remote control).
Ventilation on the CR 10 H is not set.
▶ Set the ventilation.
CR 10 H incorrectly configured (A61/3061: heating circuit
1, ..., A68/3068: heating circuit 8).
▶ For assistance, see Fault code A21.
Ventilation level is not displayed.
▶ Press the selector, until the ventilation level appears.
Water pressure in the heating system is too low.
▶ Top up the heating water (even without a specialist,
 Technical documentation about the heat source).
Filter is dirty.
▶ Change the filter.
▶ Press to reset the filter running time in the FIL menu item.
