Place a new latch shaft bushing o-ring (supplied with the kit) onto each latch shaft bushing . 10a. Apply thread sealant to each latch shaft bushing . Install the latch shaft bushings into the valve body until hand-tight .

Insert one cover plate bolt through the cover plate and cover plate gasket to ease alignment .
