Place a Washer
H
on each of 3 Bolts
To attach the Left Side Panel
insert a Bolt with Washer into the aligned eyelets
midway down the left side of the chair.
Align the Front Panel
chair as shown. Attach the Front Panel to the Seat Panel
using 2 Bolts with Washers.
Tighten all Bolts using the Hex Wrench but do not
over-tighten.

Place Washers

on each of 4 Bolts
Attach the Front Panel
by aligning the holes on the bottom edge of the
Back Panel with the holes in the crossbar on the
bottom of the Seat Panel

Washer
into each of the 4 aligned sets of
eyelets. Tighten using the Hex Wrench.
Check that all hardware is secure. Turn the chair
upright.
