Maintenance

Due to the bad condition and the extension work time, the capability of the engine
will become worsen. Such as: increase the consumption of the fuel and oil, and
increase the harmful matter of the exhaust, increase the vibration and noise, and
then shorten the life of the engine. Reinforce the maintenance, daily and terminal
inspection, you can keep the unit's efficiency and prevent the fault.
5.1Check
Daily check and terminal check
Daily check: You should do the daily check before starting the engine every day,
the details have been mentioned in first section of chapter 4, and you should
perform it as a regulation.
Terminal check: Advise you make a running diary, note every day's running and
checking result, add up the unit's work time, make terminal check and
maintenance according to this manual.
Terminal check include: 50h 250h 500h 1000h 2000h(h for hour)
5.2Items for terminal check
The following list include items and time interval of the terminal check. According
to the engine's use, load condition, fuel and lubricant's quality, and other condition,
the time interval of the terminal check can ahead or delay.

5.3 Procedure for terminal check
5.3.1 The first 50 running hours: because the engine just start running, the inside
running parts abration each other, the lubricant will be polluted soon. You should
replace the lubricant and oil filter element. It is easier and quicker to drain the
lubricant, when the engine is still hot.
