Prepare dough according to basic recipe and press into the pan. Spread on some crème fraîche and top
with bacon, onions and cheese. Bake in the PizzaRaclette6.
Many variations of the Tarte d'Alsace are possible. Try creations with leeks and cheese or spinach and
chanterelles.

Basic recipe for yeast dough (substitute sunflower oil for the olive oil)

Apples (e.g. Boskop), thinly sliced
Raisins
Sugar and cinnamon
Butter
Press dough into the pan. Spread on crème fraîche. Top with apple slices and raisins. Sprinkle with
cinnamon and sugar.
Garnish cake with seasonal
fruits.
