To operate the Fujioh FV-EL61 oven for baking a cake, follow these steps:

1. Set the Clock (if needed):
- Ensure the current time is set on the oven.

2. Select the Function:
- Turn knob K1 to choose the appropriate function. For baking a cake, use the "Conventional" or "Conventional + Fan" function for even heat distribution.

3. Set Temperature and Time:
- Press the touch control button.
- Turn knob K1 to set the cooking time duration.
- Turn knob K2 to set the temperature. A typical cake bakes at 160–180°C.
- Press the touch control again to confirm settings.

4. Start Cooking:
- The oven will start automatically. If a start time is set, it will delay until that time; otherwise, it starts immediately.

5. Use the Correct Accessories:
- Place the cake pan on the wire rack or enamel baking tray in one of the five rack positions.

6. Monitor and Finish:
- The oven will buzz and stop when the set time is complete.

Make sure to preheat the oven if the recipe requires it.
