CAUTION: This is a very heavy product and should be assembled by a minimum of two

NOTE: These instructions should be followed completely to unpack your new Air Hockey

NOTE: For reasons of safety, Valley-Dynamo, strongly recommends that a minimum of two

people be involved in the setup on your Air Hockey table.

NOTE: To ease installation, setup should be performed near the final location

1. Lay the carton flat on the floor, with the Label "This Side Up" facing upwards.

2. Cut the banding and remove the Carton Top.

3. Cut the vertical corners of the Carton Bottom and lay the flaps flat to the floor.

4. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIDE SHIELD KIT IS LOCATED IN ONE OF THE SIDE FILLERS

5. Locate the keys, which are placed on top of the Styrofoam pad.

6. Open the Service door and remove the Parts kit and its contents.

7. Using two or more people, carefully lift the table onto it side, with the Coin/Service Door

facing up. Lift by the corners, avoiding the possibility of the table falling on anyone, should

they loose their grip.

Using a #106 key, open the trap door on the bottom of the table.

Page 2 Locate the ½” bolt used to hold the legs in place during shipment. Using a ½” Socket or Wrench, remove the bolt and shipping block that secures the legs. 1. Pull one leg from the left side out of the trap door opening at a time. Once the two left legs have been removed, remove both right legs.
Page 3 Overhead Scoring Unit Assembly Open the Overhead Scoring Unit Carton. Using two people remove the main Overhead, as well as the individually boxed tubes. Locate the Carton containing the Support Tube as well as the brackets and hardware. Open the Cartons and separate the included components. Assemble the two tubes to the overhead as shown below.
Page 4 Separate the harness and feed it through the tube as shown below. Utilizing a piece of wire or banding will help pull the connectors through.
Page 5 Remove the four bolts from each side of the Air Hockey table. Assemble one Inner Mounting Bracket and Outer Mounting Bracket to the Coin Door Side of the table. The bolts attaching the Inner Bracket should be tight at this time, whereas the Outer Bracket Bolts should be kept loose at this time. Using two or more people, insert the Overhead Scoring Assembly tube into the Bracket assembly on the Coin Door Side.
Page 6 Secure both tubes by tightening all six bolts on each side and assemblying the 2 bolts and washers to the underside of each bracket. Your table should now look like this.
Page 7 Side Shield Installation The Side Shield kit contains the following: (2) Side Shields (1) Center Shield (18) Rubber Grommets (4) ¼-20 x 1” Black Oxide Hex Bolts (4) Lock nuts (8) ¼” Black Oxide Washers 1. Remove the bolts from the Side Top Rail. It is not necessary to remove the bolt at the very end of each Side Rail.
