Software Product on the terminal equipment recommended by Yokogawa (“Recommended Terminals”) as the engineering support tool for the end user using Yokogawa’s Sushi Sensor . Use of the Software Product shall be subject to the terms and conditions of General Specifications, instruction manuals and other associated documents in addition to this Agreement.

11. Miscellaneous 11.1 If any part of this Agreement is found void or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms and conditions. The parties hereby agree to attempt to substitute for such invalid or unenforceable provision a valid or enforceable provision that achieves to the greatest extent possible the economic, legal and commercial objectives of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
