QUALIFICAZIONE ED OBBLIGHI DEL PERSONALE
PREPOSTO ALL'USO DELLA MACCHINA
La macchina è un apparecchio destinato ad un utilizzo
industriale e quindi professionale e non generalizzato
per cui il suo uso può essere affidato esclusivamente
a personale tecnico qualificato che:
- abbia compiuto la maggiore età.
- sia fisicamente e psichicamente idoneo a svolgere
lavori di particolare difficoltà tecnica.
- sia stato adeguatamente istruito sull'uso e sulla
manutenzione della macchina.
- sia stato giudicato dall'imprenditore idoneo a svolgere
il compito affidatogli.
- sia capace di capire ed interpretare il manuale
dell'operatore e le prescrizioni di sicurezza.
- conosca le procedure di emergenza e la loro
attuazione.
- possieda la capacità di azionare il tipo specifico di
apparecchiatura.
- abbia dimestichezza con le norme specifiche del
caso.
- abbia capito le procedure operative delineate dal
fabbricante.
USI PREVISTI DELLA MACCHINA
E LIMITAZIONI D'USO
L'impastatrice è una macchina destinata a mescolare
carne triturata e composti a base di essa, comunque
senza ritagli ossei. Ne è vietato l'utilizzo per materiali
diversi, anche se simili. Qualunque altro uso è
espressamente escluso e fa decadere ogni forma di
garanzia da parte della Ditta Costruttrice.
AMBIENTE DI LAVORO
La macchina è idonea per operare in ambienti che
siano a:
- altitudine non superiore ai 1000 m. s.l.m.
- temperatura tra + 5° e + 40°C con temperatura
media intorno ai 35°C
- umidità relativa compresa tra il 30% e il 95%
