XII. Guarantee
PROCOPI guarantees CLIMEXEL heat pumps for 2 years, parts and labour. This guarantee starts on the in
voice date and does not cover transportation costs, call out fees or other damages.
This guarantee is extended to 3 years if the heat pump is commissioned by PROCOPI (or one of its sub-
contractors), and a maintenance contract is taken out for the machine with PROCOPI (or its subcontractor)
for the first year of use.
The heat exchanger is covered by a 5 year guarantee.
Failure to respect the installation, operating and maintenance instructions provided in this document
will result in the cancellation of the guarantee.
PROCOPI is not responsible for problems during transport:
Inspect the equipment upon reception: in the event of damage sustained or occasioned during transport, the
addressee must provide a precise description of the damage on the transporter's delivery slip and send a com
plaint by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the transporter within 3 working days. Copies of
these documents should then be forwarded to PROCOPI as soon a possible.
As the CLIMEXEL HC-HH heat pumps are installed outside, over time a colour difference may develop between
the white metal parts of the casing and the white plastic parts fitted to the casing: this constitutes a natural
phenomenon.
