SETUP, WORKOUT TIPS, AND CARE & SAFETY GUIDE
Please read before setting up or using your Balance Pods.
SETUP
1. Remove the Balance Pods from box and check for shipping damage
(scratches, gouges or tears).
2. Your Balance Pods are now ready to use.
WORKOUT TIPS
1. Follow exercise instructions presented in the guide.
2. Always use the Balance Pods on a smooth, flat, non-slip surface.
3. Use barefoot or with non-slip shoes.
4. Always use the Balance Pods in an open area free of furniture or other items
that could get in the way while exercising.
5. Use a smooth and steady motion when performing each exercise.
6. Perform exercises to the best of your ability without strain.
7. Avoid holding your breath while exercising.
CARE
1. Dry the Balance Pods with a towel after each use if needed.
2. Clean the Balance Pods with damp towel and mild soap as needed.
3. Avoid exposing the Balance Pods to rough, sharp or abrasive surfaces, or to
heat or excessive sunlight.
4. Store in a cool, dry place.
5. Do not use the Balance Pods if nicked, torn or damaged in any way.
