3. Intended use

This product is an electrically powered model ship that is controlled wirelessly via a remote control system. It is
designed for outdoor use, but it must only be used in freshwater.
The remote control and components must not become damp or wet.
The product is not a toy and must be kept out of reach of children under 14 years of age.
Always follow the safety information in these operating instructions, They contain important information on
how to handle the product safely. Read the instructions carefully before using the ship for the first time.
Failure to observe the instructions can result in numerous hazards (e.g. injury).

4. Product description

The "Northern Light" and "Borkum II" models are suitable for beginners. These instructions are designed for both
models. Each model comes with a number of accessories. Only a small amount of prior knowledge in the handling of
model ships is required to assemble and operate this model.
This ship model is designed for beginners.
The ship is made entirely of special plastic moulds (ABS). The canopy can be removed; the exterior decorations are
attached to the ship and cannot be removed. In addition to the model ship, the product also comes with a rechargeable
battery, a charger and a remote control.
The speed of the propeller and the direction of the rudder can be adjusted gradually using the remote control.

5. Package contents

Before assembling the ship, check that none of the accessories listed in the package contents are missing.
