The Bedhead is designed
to attach to standard
pickup bed rails. Bed
liners may need alteration.
Position Rail Clip
Hook rail clip under
bed rail. Position
rail clip only where
underside of rail is
flat. Loosen bolt
more if necessary,
and rotate into
upright position.
Tighten
Be sure that bolt aligns
with indentation in
the fork block. Do
not overtighten.
TEST by grabbing
and shaking. If
BedHead slips
or loses
contact with
rail, tighten
more.

Replace skewer
and attach the nut.
Set the bicycle forks
onto the skewer.

Remove Skewer
Unscrew and remove
adjustment nut. Slide
skewer out.
IF BEDHEAD IS NOT FLAT
ON RAIL OR WILL NOT FIT:
Check that rail clip is positioned
where the underside of rail is flat
or remove rail clip
and rotate the black,
rectangular pad.
Reassemble and
TIGHTEN.
BEFORE DRIVING
Secure Bike
Loosen or tighten the
adjustment nut as
needed so that lever
closes with some
resistance.
TIGHTEN IF ANYTHING IS

Remove Skewer
Unscrew and remove
adjustment nut. Slide
skewer out.
IF BEDHEAD IS NOT FLAT
ON RAIL OR WILL NOT FIT:
Check that rail clip is positioned
where the underside of rail is flat
or remove rail clip
and rotate the black,
rectangular pad.
Reassemble and
TIGHTEN.
