Selection of the desired operation protocol for RS-485 interface is performed with a „protocol
switch" placed at the bottom side of the instrument (fig. 2.). This slide switch in the „M" position
corresponds to the MODBUS protocol. The „S" position of the slide switch activates the SARAD
protocol.
