- Display the conveyor speed
To display the conveyor speed, calculate the conveyor speed reduction ratio by using the formula
below and set to the "speed reduction ratio" parameter.
Conveyor speed reduction ratio
Gearhead reduction ratio
Feed rate per motor revolution
Pully diameter
Conveyor speed
Motor output shaft rotation speed : ��
When the calculated conveyor speed reduction ratio is used, the conveyor speed is converted as
follows.
Example : the pully diameter is 0.2m and gear ratio of the gearhead is 50
From the conversion formula, the conveyor speed reduction ratio is calculated as 79.6 in this
example.
Setting the calculated as 79.6 with "speed reduction ratio" and the motor rotation speed is
3000r/min, the conveyor speed is converted as follows:
Accordingly, "37.7"is shown on the panel.
