DESCRIPTION - OPERATION

1-
Given that our heat exchangers are delivered as a semi finished product, we are not necessarily informed, as a manufacturer, of their
end use.
A correct use of the heat exchanger is always the responsibility of the end user and/or the operator.
APPLICATIONS
These evaporators are planned for use in the field of refrigeration for cold rooms in ranges of room temperature of 0° C to 12 ° C
(except specified special execution).
For other applications contact PROFROID.
HFC except R134A: PS = 17 bar.
R134A : PS = 15 bar.
BODY
Designed by precoated galvanized sheet. Tray condensate on all models.
These devices contain some intermediate Dish drainers limiting condensation under the main tanks.
In some cases, face isolation under the drip trays is required (option "isolated Double-tray") as well as isolation of the collectors (to
be done on site).
BATTERY
Evaporators are equipped with two batteries copper tubes and finned aluminum (CU/AL) planned for use in dry expansion.
Cold solder paste for dry expansion.
Connection on threaded gas couplings (or sleeves steel or stainless steel non-threaded) on request for secondary cooling medium
versions with adapted circuiting
If incompatible atmosphere with a battery CU/AL contact previously PROFROID.
VENTILATION
Evaporators are equipped with one or more fans of helical type.
The engines are mono- or three-phase following models
INSTALLATION
2-
MOUNTING
The unit is designed to be mounted on a plan and leveled ceiling.
Hanging ceiling lamp must be performed exclusively with rods in steel galvanized all the media bars.
The resumption of load on the structure of the building or the cold room itself must be considered with the Carpenter or the
provider of the House.
The weight load to take into account will have to integrate, the presence of frost.
If the evaporators are suspended to threaded rods remote distance from the ceiling, special events could occur which Profroid
could not be held responsible (swings, vibrations, deformation of the unit, etc.).
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Evaporators can be implanted interchangeably depending on the length or the width of the cold room into account ranges
Any immediate obstacles should be avoided in the blow (poles, rack storage, pallets and goods...).
In Dry expansion when the evaporator is located at a higher level than the liquid start and/or very distant, if the liquid is
insufficiently cooled or not cooled, it is possible that the pressure regulator is fed by the gas Flash. In these circumstances, the
evaporator does not achieve the performance announced.
It is therefore necessary to sous-refroidir the liquid:
- By exchanger liquid vapour.
-
Sous-refroidisseur exchanger plates (3 to 10K are sufficient).
For Secondary cooling fluid versions, if equipments are "high points" of the installation, manual traps are provided on the collectors.
