Position "- ": no atténuation.
Position "┌": reduces the proximity effect while reducing the lowest frequencies (often used when
picking up vocals).

Position "0": no attenuation.
Position "-10dB": 10dB sensitivity reduction (generally used when recording sounds at high volumes).

Cautions:
1/ If the head of the microphone is covered by hand or brought close to the speaker, howling sound may be
generated. To prevent this, first decrease the volume, then place the microphone so that it is not pointed to
the speaker and that there is a sufficient distance between the microphone and speaker.
2 / To maintain the quality and sensitivity of the microphone, do not expose it to dust or high temperatures.
3 / Due to the high sensitivity of the cell, take care not to drop your microphone and to avoid any shock to it.
4 / To maintain the sensitivity and quality of sound reproduction, avoid exposing your microphone to
humidity and extreme temperatures.
