Can't Power on(XTAL OSC Related)
• Power-on event exist and VREG_L12_1P8V
without 1.8V output
– Check U1101,R1203,C1202
• power-on event exist and, VREG_L12_1P8V with
1.8V，But Y1201 Pin 4 still no signal
– Check R1203
• Y1201 Pin 4 with 1.8V，check XTAL_19M_IN
with 19.2MHz or not ?
– Check Y1201
