To open, place the lubricator
upright on a flat surface. Press down
firmly on the clear housing and turn
the locking ring counter-clockwise
while holding the ribbed surface.

Carefully squeeze any air
out of the cartridge until grease
begins to emerge from the outlet.

Grease Cartridges Only

Push the clear housing
assembly over the lubricant
cartridge and pump housing
and then turn the locking ring
clockwise until it clicks into the
locking position.

Quick Replacement Kit Instructions

Remove the black rubber battery
seal and insert the battery pack with
the label facing to the outside. Then
replace the rubber seal.

Place the lubricant cartridge
on the inlet of the pump housing.

"Check Function"

To manually cycle a battery
powered unit, gently press and
release one of the three switches
on the bottom of the lubricator.
If your lubricator is externally
powered follow the instructions
on the other side.

Carefully remove the plug.
Place the battery seal onto the
cartridge. Turn the pump over
and gently place it on the outlet
of the cartridge.

Oil Cartridges Only

Screw the MEMOLUB®
lubricator onto the brass
MEMO fitting. Once mounted,
the MEMOLUB® will start an
ejection cycle and follow the
preset program.

Remove the paper, disc shaped
card from the replacement cartridge
and fill in the "Start Date" and
"Change Date".

While holding the cartridge
and the pump housing together,
carefully flip the assembly over
and hold the cartridge in place.

Note: If necessary, prime
the MEMOLUB® pump with a
hand grease gun.
