TROUBLE
After connecting the machine to the power outlet
the LED for low water level starts flashing and an
acoustic signal is heard.
The steam ready LED is on but no steam comes out.
While working, an accessory detaches itself.
Vacuum power is too low or performance goes
down while working with the vacuum.
The motor works correctly but vacuum
performance is poor.
The hose or accessories smell unpleasant.
The unit will not turn on or operates poorly when
using an extension cord.

11 - TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
The water level in the tank is low.
The hose is not completely connected.
The steam regulator is completely closed.
The accessory is not correctly connected.
A filter is dirty blocking intake.
Air is coming in where it should not.
The seal along the water bucket is not properly
positioned.
The hose or an accessory is obstructed by dirt.
The pivoting front wheel passage is obstructed.
Filters may be clogged.
Dirt and grime has accumulated in the hose,
accessories or bucket.
The extension cord is not rated for use with the
unit.
SOLUTION
Unplug the machine.
Fill up the water tank and plug it in again.
Check the hose is correctly fitted to the
appliance.
Open the steam regulator.
Check that the accessory is correctly connected.
Check and clean filter.
Check that the cover, hose and accessories are
correctly mounted and fastened.
Correctly reposition the seal between the bucket
and cover.
Check and free the passageway.
Check and free the passageway.
Check all filters. Clean or replace filters as
necessary.
Clean all parts with clean water and if necessary
light detergent, but make sure to clean and dry
after each use.
Use an extension cord that is 15-amp rated.
