When night falls and you switch on the solar fountain, the four built-in LEDs (1)
with additionally light up. During interval operation the LED will turn off and on
again after 4 seconds.
Adjusting the Pumping Performance
The pumping performance can be adjusted with the regulator (16). Turn the
regulator clockwise in order to increase pumping performance and turn counter
clockwise to decrease performance.

Maintenance and Cleaning of the Solar Fountain

For optimum performance of the pump and depending on
the water contamination, you have to wash the solar
fountain occasionally with warm water.
1. Disconnect the pump from the solar fountain.
2. Open the filter cover (15) by levering it from the pump.
Use a screwdriver or similar and carefully open the
cover. Please do not use force while disassembling or
assembling the pump. The parts are very fragile and
can break easily.
3. Use pliers or similar to pull out the cover of the impeller
(14) and than pull out the magnetic impeller (13).
4. Take off both foam filters (12) from the sides and wash
thoroughly.
5. Clean all parts thoroughly and assemble the pump in
reverse order. Not the pump is ready for use again.
6. From time to time, wipe the solar cells with a cloth.

Storing

If you do not intent to use the solar fountain for long
period of time (during holidays or winter months) it is
advisable to disconnect power supply.
1. Loosen the six screws from the battery housing (4).
Pull out the plug from the battery pack in order to
disconnect power supply.
