ULCA Path
1. FBRX & TX Antenna Port only have "0" for L/M Band & "4" for H Band
2. RFM Device only have "8" for CH0 & "9" for CH1
3. according to support ULCA B7 will have two paths, one of which is B7 ULCA, which can
determine if B7 TX is abnormal
