Never point any air nozzle or air sprayer toward another person or any part of the body.
The air compressor is equipped with an automatic-reset thermal protector, and can automatically restart
after the thermal protector resets. Always cut off the power source when the thermal protector becomes
activated.
Wear safety glasses or goggles when operating the product. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Read and follow the operating instructions carefully to assure that you will enjoy the convenience and best
use of your air compressor.
IMPORTANT:
1. Always operate the air compressor WITHIN THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE RATING of the air compressor.
2. Always OBSERVE THE MAXIMUM DUTY CYCLE of the air compressor. Operations exceeding maximum
pressure ratings and/or duty cycle will result in damage to the air compressor.
3. Your air compressor is equipped with an AUTOMATIC THERMAL OVERLOAD PROTECTOR. This feature
is designed to protect the air compressor from over-heating causing permanent damage to your air com-
pressor. The thermal overload protector will automatically cut off power to air compressor should internal
operating temperature of the air compressor rise above safe levels during excessive use.
4. Should your air compressor automatically shut off at any time during usage, do not attempt to restart it.
Turn the on/off switch of the air compressor to the off position. The automatic thermal overload protector
will automatically reset when the internal temperature of the air compressor drops below a safe level.
After allowing the air compressor to cool off for about 15 minutes, you can safely resume usage of the air
compressor by switching it on.
5. Please note that you may experience a slight delay (about ½ second) of the air compressor's motor star-
ting when the On/Off switch is turned on while the air compressor is pressurized (when there is pressure
in the line that the compressor is connected to). This is a normal delayed reaction, not a malfunction of
the air compressor ON/OFF switch.
6. It is strongly recommended that you keep the vehicle's engine running while using the air compressor to
prevent discharge of your vehicle's battery. This means you should ONLY OPERATE THE AIR COMPRES-
SOR IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS. Compressor performance is also enhanced when operating the air
compressor with the vehicle engine running.

TIRE INFLATION:

IMPORTANT: Before attaching the air compressor's power cord to the power source, check to make sure
that the On/Off switch of your air compressor is in the off position. Attach the positive battery clamp (red)
to the positive terminal of the battery and the negative battery clamp (black) to the negative terminal of the
battery. Always keep your vehicle's engine running while operating the air compressor to avoid draining your
vehicle's battery.
CAUTION: The air compressor is moisture and dust resistant. The air compressor is equipped with a sand
tray so that you can place the compressor on soft sand during operation. Never expose the air compressor
to water during operation.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the air compressor sits upright during operation. Do not operate the air com-
pressor if it is not sitting upright. Avoid tugging at the air compressor. Always move the air compressor to the
same side of the vehicle as the tires that are being aired up.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure the air compressor's power cord is uncoiled and fully extended during opera-
tion to avoid overheating of the power cord.
