Zeroing the DTX CAN

• Detector must have been powered for at
least 24 hours.
• On the cylinder, set flow rate between 0.4
to 0.6 l/min and apply Nitrogen or pure air
for 2 to 3 minutes on the sensor cell.
• From the main menu of the OctoPRO
device, select the detector node address,
then select type of module DTXCAN and
enter the measuring range.
• From the main menu of OctoPRO device
press F3 to select Calibration function.
Press ENTER to start calibration and wait
until procedure completion.

Adjusting gain of DTX CAN

• Detector must have been zeroed as
described here above.
• On the cylinder, set flow rate between 0.4
to 0.6 l/min and apply calibration gas for 2
to 3 minutes (5 minutes for NH
Oxygen (O
) let the sensor cell at free air.

• Visualize the detector measure on the
OctoPRO display (press F2) or on the
OctoBUS 64 central unit display.
• With the screwdriver gently adjust the
GAIN potentiometer on the DTX CAN so
that the measure reading matches the
applied
calibration
