Email : info@dalemans-detection.com In a Dalemans CAN bus system based on OctoBUS 64 central measuring unit, to perform the complete calibration procedure of the detectors you need the hand held device OctoPRO or a computer with OctoBUS Configurator software installed.
Just place it instead of the metal detection head cap and fix its position by mean of the fastening screw (Figure 4 ). To get the injection cap please contact Dalemans. To apply zero gas or calibration gas, fix one end of the flexible hose to the cylinder by mean of the flowmeter. Fix the other end to the injection nozzle.
F3 to select Calibration function. F3 : Calibration > ENTER Press ENTER to start calibration and wait until procedure completion. For more information about the use of OctoPRO device refer to the related Instruction Manual. Adjusting gain of DTX CAN Max. 0,6 l/min Flow rate •...
7. An insulated flat screwdriver (width 3.5mm). To get the injection nozzle or the measurement plug please contact Dalemans. For applying gas to the detector, the flexible hose has to be plugged at one end to the cylinder flowmeter, and at the other end to the injection nozzle.
Note: the transmitter terminal block has special for probes sockets to receive the voltmeter probes or test plugs with 2.3mm diameter (Dalemans art. code BOR00000075). Figure 11 : Measuring cell operating voltage on DEX CAN transmitter OctoBUS 64 central unit...
