To lessen your risk of serious injury or death, follow these rules: IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS The following instructions contain important safety information, we strongly encourage you to read these important safety instructions and abide by them when installing and using this pool. When installing and using the electrical equipment, basic safety precautions must always be followed.

  • Page 5 ADDITIONAL POOL & WATER SAFETY GUIDELINES Child supervision should be close and constant. Name only one safety supervisor when people are in the pool. Reinforce supervision when there are several users in the swimming pool. Have personal flotation aids available (for people who cannot swim).

  • Page 7: Selecting A Suitable Site

    SELECTING A SUITABLE SITE Carefully select the site for your new pool. This is the most important decision you will have to make to ensure the safety and success of your pool’s construction. An incorrect site could cause problems in the future that may result in injury, death or financial loss.
  • Page 8 POOL SET UP POOL SITE PREPARATION Ground preparation is the most important step in the installation of the pool. Do not install your pool over under-ground power lines, sewer lines or other structures. Do not install on cement, asphalt, or other hard surfaces. Mark off your pool area by driving a stake in the center of the area where you will install the pool.
  • Page 9 LEVELLING THE AREA WARNING! Levelling is extremely important: take as much time as necessary to ensure the pool site is completely firm and levelled. • Use a carpenter’s level and straight edge 2X4 board to ensure that the site is completely level! (See Diagram 1) •...
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLING THE POOL RAIL Unpack all the components and check the parts against the checklist IMPORTANT: Leave about 0.4-inch (1 cm) gap between the 2 ends of the Bottom Rail. (Diagram 4) (Diagram 5) Place the metal plates equally around the circle (See diagram 4) Slide the resin bottom rail into the metal foot plate (See diagram 5).
  • Page 11 INSTALLING THE POOL WALL Put the pool wall on a 4ft x 4ft plywood (see diagram 8). This is to protect the levelled ground while installation of pool wall is taking place. Make sure the square window (skimmer opening) is on the upward side. Have 2 or 3 helpers for this step.
  • Page 12 MEASURING THE POOL WALL WARNING! A POOL THAT IS NOT LEVEL IS VERY DANGEROUS AND MAY COLLAPSE AT ANYTIME. Check the pool wall level by placing a length of timber beam or similar across the diameter of the pool wall and placing the builders level on the top of the timber beam.
  • Page 13 MAKING A PROTECTIVE SAND CUSHION AT THE FOOT OF THE INNER POOL WALL (Diagram 17) (Diagram 18) To protect the liner against the sharp edges of the bottom rail and pool wall, it is necessary to build a protective cove made of moist sifted dirt or fine brick layer’s sand at the base of the pool wall.
  • Page 14 Confirm the pool liner is placed evenly inside the wall (See diagram 21). If the liner is tight you can stretch it to fit smoothly on the inside of the wall. If the liner placement fails, you may not have it centered properly in the pool. Check if the overlap is uniform.
  • Page 15 INSTALLING THE METAL PLATE Hook the metal plate over the top of the rail (See diagram 25). (Diagram 25) The first metal piece should be placed on top and in the middle of the pool wall joint. (See diagram 26) (Diagram 26) ASSEMBLY OF THE RESIN VERTICAL SUPPORTS Line up all the screw holes for the vertical supports.
  • Page 16 Place a Resin Top Platform over a Metal Plate and attach using four Bolts, continue this process until all of the Resin Top Platforms are Attached to all of the Metal Plates at the top (See diagram 30) Check the alignment but do not tighten. Make sure that you place the Resin Top Platform with this curved edge outside the pool.
  • Page 17 (Diagram 33) INSTALLING THE LEAF SKIMMER For protecting and safety, all edges of skimmer and return fitting knock out must be covered by vinyl tape or rust proofing paint. Begin the installation of the through the wall Leaf Skimmer and Return Water fitting. Follow separate skimmer installations. INSTALLATION OF THE FILTRATION SYSTEM Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for installation of your filtration system.
