Central Processing Module
Installation Instructions
About This Component
The Central Processing Module (CPM) controls all of the
switching functions of the AD168 bay. Input/output devices
used with the system (such as PCs, system keyboards, alarms,
auxiliaries, and printers) connect to the CPM.
NOTES:
Only one CPM is required for both single and dual
bay applications
The CPM resides in slot Q (shown by the screening
on the front and rear bay surfaces).
The front and rear sections of the CPM are identified
with a PURPLE color code dot.
Avoid static discharge by using proper grounding
methods before handling circuit cards.
