INSTRUCTIONS
Wire Sizes / Crimping Tool Recommendations
5.1 mm
Recommended crimping tool: TE 58529-1.
The correct wire crimping is shown below:
Wire strand ends must

4 ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

Before assembling, the wedge lock must be in the open,
or as-shipped, position.

The plug must be assembled as it follows:
1. To inser t a contact, push it straight into the
appropriate circuit cavity as far as it will go.
2. Pull back into the contact wire with a force of 4.45 to
