No. We do not recommend having the AC Adapter connected to the radio while charging your cell phone or other devices. Hard winding of the Dynamo Crank on the CC Solar Observer is usually due to a low charge on the internal battery pack. For best results, continue winding the Dynamo Crank and try winding at a rate of two full turns per second.
