1. – 3. Grasp the intraoral ring (the thicker one, see arrow) with your left hand and compress it so
that wings form on both sides.
Den dickeren, intraoralen Ring (siehe Pfeil) mit der linken Hand greifen und zusammendrücken,
bis beidseitig Flügel entstehen.

4. – 6. Then take hold of the intraoral ring with the thumb and middle finger of your right hand.
Make sure to keep the ring pressed together.
Mit dem Daumen und Mittelfinger der rechten Hand den intraoralen Ring
übernehmen und zusammengedrückt halten.
