See detail H. Note: Fit frame parts in such a way that the upper surfaces are level. The size of the setup and the positions of the different parts depend on the cabin model to be built. (in this case model 4) SEDNA LINE 2008/05...
With large cabins it is advisable when fitting the roof elements to use the slats and glueing clamps mentioned in point 4 to prevent the parallel sides of the U-setup from moving out of line while fitting the roof elements. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...

The rest of the assembly of the door is the same as the other cabin models. Note! To prevent damage to casing and hinges the assembly of a door stopper is required. This is not included in the delivery. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...
Drill 9 mm holes through the holes in the top bar of the frame into the roof flange (fig.2). Drill 3 holes per top bar at equal distances apart. Fix the roof flange using bolts as described in fig.3. If the roof rests directly on the top of the door frame, fasten the roof with polymer cement to the casing. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...
Fit the supplied type plate to the horizontal beam above the steam tank. The steam inlet must be electrically earthed. For this the steam tank is fitted with an earth connection (fig.1 ). Local and national regulations must be respected here. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...

This applies for the seams between the seat elements and between the seat element and the floor. Depending on conditions the discolouration of the cement can occur. If cleaning gives an insufficient result the joint can be replaced. This replacement is not covered by the guarantee. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...

Panels in a corner of the cabin where the frame parts are connected with corner piece 35x35 must be narrowed (fig.1 to 3, A.-D). The bottom panels at the steam outlet in figures 1 to 3 shown by E are already fitted with holes for the steam tank and for the associated glass plate. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...

After the assembly of the wall plate in the way described, the clamping bolts of the beam must be tightened on the frame. Only then fit the upper wall plate. Seal the gap around the steam tank with polymer cement (fig.10). After tiling apply the finishing plate on the tiles with polymer cement (fig.11 ). SEDNA LINE 2008/05...

Seal all seams with polymer cement: between roof and wall panels, between seats and wall panels, between door frame and wall panel. Tip! Use a plastic spoon or a wiper together with a smoothing tool as usually described on the cement packaging to finish the seams smooth and even. SEDNA LINE 2008/05...
